Emily Poole’s practice focuses on trademark, copyright, and unfair competition law. She earned her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, magna cum laude, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Intellectual Property Law Bulletin and Technical Editor of the USF Law Review. She also received a B.A. in Spanish Literature from the University of Texas. Prior to joining OWE, Ms. Poole was a freelance writer on intellectual property issues and worked at a boutique internet law firm. Prior to that, she spent three years living, working, and traveling her way through sixteen countries across six continents. Outside of work, she’s happy to find a hiking trail or a nice park on a sunny day.
