OWE’s Cook Speaks at WIPO/USPTO Forum on Using ADR to Settle IP Disputes

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will host a full-day CLE program entitled, “Protecting Your IP Overseas: WIPO Services and Initiatives” in San Jose on Monday, October 31, 2016.  OWE’s Noel Cook will be participating on a panel examining how WIPO Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services may be used to more efficiently settle IP disputes.  Noel’s co-panelists include Matthew Bryan, Director, PCT Legal Division, Patents and Technology Sector (PTS), WIPO and Susan Anthony,  Global Intellectual Property Academy, USPTO.
