OWE’s Linda Joy Kattwinkel brought her real world experience in copyright law to three high school classrooms in Dallas, Texas this week in a series of video conference presentations facilitated by Nepris — an online platform that makes it easy for teachers to connect with industry experts to bring the real world to the classroom.
Linda Joy spoke to students in Graphic Design and Digital & Interactive Media classes at Nimitz High School in Dallas where the students are learning how to use technology for multi-media projects. Her role was to give them some understanding about copyright law when they are using content from outside sources.
