The paralegals of Owen, Wickersham & Erickson specialize in U.S. and international trademark and service mark administration, database management and trial preparation. They are skilled in the use of a variety of databases for conducting trademark and service mark availability and clearance searches, as well as researching corporate and financial information that can be crucial in making informed business decisions and formulating tactics in litigation, licensing and other business undertakings. Debbie Reed Dolores Dwyer Dolores Dwyer joined Owen, Wickersham & Erickson in October 2000. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dwyer worked as a paralegal in a patent and trademark firm in San Francisco. She has an extensive litigation support background, as a legal secretary and paralegal. Ms. Dwyer has a BA from San Francisco State University, where she also completed the Paralegal Certificate program Tracy Bigelow Tracy Bigelow joined Owen, Wickersham & Erickson in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bigelow worked as a paralegal for 15 years at a Michigan IP law firm. She was manager of the trademark department as well as a contract trademark paralegal for Ford Motor Company. During that time, Ms. Bigelow was involved in various acquisitions and the reorganization of Ford's trademark portfolio. Abby Everson Abby Everson is the most recent member of Owen, Wickersham & Erickson. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Ms. Everson garnered legal experience with several San Francisco Intellectual Property attorneys, as well as Charles Schwab’s Office of Corporate Counsel. Her education includes a B.A. from Mills College, a M.A. from Brown University, a teaching credential from Dominican University of California at San Rafael and a paralegal certificate from SFSU. |
