Kattwinkel Speaks on Legal Issues Relating to the Removal and Creation of Public Art

OW&E’s Linda Joy Kattwinkel was a panelist in a Bar Association of San Francisco presentation, “Public Art 2020” on Wednesday, October 21, 2020. Lauren Curry of the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office and Jill Manton of the San Francisco Arts Commission will joined Linda for the program. 

According to the program flyer:

“The program panelists will explore the legal constructs surrounding public art in 2020, including the controversy surrounding the removal of monuments and statues as well as the administrative framework and funding to create new works for public enjoyment.
